Great video bro! Would love to see a video on how to hunt for a landscape composition and when you do, how to make the most of it. Cheers! Happy New Year!
Great year of videos ! Hope 2018 brings you many blessings! Question: how do you get the exposure setting using the ND filters? Do you set up the shot, place the filter and then use the camera meter for exposure, or estimate it based on experience? (if so how did you get exposure settings before experience). I know when I was doing professional shots in the 70's, I could almost set the exposure mentally without a meter, but after all this time and trying to get back into scenic and landscapes, I find using the meter and bracketing seems to work best for me . . .
Tip #9: have a beer or two before heading out and you will be more relaxed and really won't care about taking photos of strangers. 🙂 Cheers Brendan and Happy New Year! ~Ron
been a blast following you this year Brendan and loved how you get off the beaten track and share parts of the world that you dont normally see or hear about. Hope the 5d iv delivers big time for you next year. All the best to you and Jodie for 2018
I so agree with your point about the choice of Manual Mode and Aperture Priority in terms of street photography. One has to be so quick on the streets and often that split second counts.
Another great photography tips video, the amount of times I have made the mistake of concentrating on the subject and cutting out parts of buildings, tree's etc. That looked like a great little city to get stuck into and shoot, loved the look of the market place.
5:38 – that lizard on the red wall, awesome
The USA is not America. America is a continent.

Hope you have better luck at Antelope Canyon near Page, Az. than I did-would not let you take a tripod down

Der letzte Tipp ist wirklich der wichtigste gewesen!
Good stuff!
You said it's time to make the trip to America, so my guess is Mexico is in some far far away continent? Maybe another galaxy

Why are you using such a long lens if you want to get close and personal? Not being critical, just asking to learn. Thx. btw, love your channel.
Wow. This was so very useful Brendan. Thanks!
With street photography how would one get away from model release or do you just scribble one out.
lurking be a lurker your country needs more lurks
