  1. How many images can you register in a batch?
How does this work for photographs of one's art? I do both, photography and I paint and draw.
Does this work for those outside of the US?
What size to you use of your image on your website to avoid copyright problems? I've heard a wide range from 600 x 600 pixels to 800 or 1000 pixels?

  2. I have a question that wasn't discussed. What about copywriting a work after the fact? What I mean is will copyrighting a photo to the library of congress after the infringement discovery be as effective?

  3. Bu, bu, bu … but this is CANADA! One of these days you're going to have to do a Canadian edition of this copyright photography and infringements issue, sure a lot may be the same or similar, but differences. Yes I nit pick a wee bit, at times. I did however enjoy this video it's been very well put together and raises valid points. Thumbs up from Toronto.

  4. Wow, thank you. I didn't realise you could batch register for only $55! I registered two images separately costing $70 could have saved a little. I'm definitely going to batch register the rest of my images though! Thank you again.

  5. Is your lawyer located in Boston, MA? If not, I could use a referral for a copyright/IP attorney. I'm about to go through the process Monte discussed above. A consumer tech brand infringed on one of my photos. They didn't ask to use it; they republished a cropped version. I embedded the metadata into the photo, plus I informed the brand that it was a copyrighted photo. They gave me a 'like.'
