  1. Let the model be herself rather than posing her like an artists mannequin. It is much easier if you have a connection with the model, photos will look far more natural.

  2. This guy is just awkward as hell thats another thing about getting good images – you have to be able to actually talk to people, maybe this guy should watch a youtube video on "How to interact with women" LOL

  3. folks he got the right to express his povs..wether some agree with him..other may rant about his ideas, thats all part of this human race ideas..you can rant u can love it is all cool

  4. I would only disagree with taking portraits from above eye level: for one, her head looks way bigger than it is supposed to be, and secondly why would I want to see the ground behind the subject? I guess this is okay at times, particularly when the background is less than ideal, or ugly. but for the most part, you do not usually desire for the ground to be behind your subject.

  5. Was expecting a rude guy when I read all the comments, didn't see any of that.. The girl knows what he's going to say and he is right. I hate when you ask people to do a small step to the side and they just jump to the edge of the studio.

  6. Loved this! The way you direct your model is exactly what I wish my last photographer had done with me.Β  I am doing family photosΒ this weekend, you have given me someΒ great tips here. Cheers
