Iβve no idea how I missed this video, I should get notifications from your channel. A great example explaining the theory really well, itβs amazing what moving a couple of feet, or changing the camera orientation can do. I have a Zorki 4K that I only have a Jupiter 8 50mm for, I zoom in every direction on my mobility scooter getting the right perspective. I really like "one lens days", I think they teach me a lot about angles, details and distance, I always struggled in not getting close enough to the subject. We have bikes like that all over showing where the Tour de France went when it came to England. Great video as always, you always explain things really well with no waffle, Iβm glad I didnβt miss it.
Still another great video Ray…you are the type of teacher that makes us get away from the computer and get outside to experiment..once again, well done !
Ray I'm so glad I found your channel. There is a richness, a nutritional value to your videos that helps feed my creativity esp when I'm in a rut. I think it's that your videos concentrate on the human relation to the image almost ignoring the camera all together some times. I don't know but it's great, keep it up. Thanks! -Drew
Thank you Ray! Great video as always, I love how you talk about what matter the most in photography: angles, composition, creativity etc. Nowadays the majority of the youtube channels are focusing on gear, the newer lens etc. Have a great 2018 my friend.
Ray, I really enjoy the fact that you are presenting the art side of it. While you do mention some technical data, you are more creative-heavy, which is something I still work at every time I pop the lens cap. As always, thanks for your inspirational work.
A very enjoyable and well narrated discourse Ray. Lovely angles. I actually put composition/geometry of a scene first with light, mood and exposure following afterwards. I look forward to your future videos of 2018.
Another great tutorial. Thank you, Ray, for giving me a new way to look at photography.

It's unbelievable to me that a channel which is so consistently excellent and interesting only has 16K subscribers. Thank you for your work.
Very interesting, but I wanted to remove that errant lower branch on the tree. Thanks for the lesson.
Interesting in that I took a quick snapshot of the same bike in May 2017 with the following perspective and message. Thanks for your photography tips.
